Stephen Moss


Stephen is the founder of Decentralised Capital, and XGold. Stephen is an expert in blockchain with several years experience as a commentator, trader, and advisor to later stage projects. Prior to Decentralised Capital headed up Blackcitrus, a leading Venture Capital Firm based in Sydney. Stephen has also acted as a Director of MossCapital (now Eleanor Investments ASX:ENN), COzero, and as a delegate of the United Nations. He has an Economics Degree from Sydney University, and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Kinsey Cotton


 Kinsey Cotton is a director and co-founder of Tibra Capital. Tibra employs over 100 staff across offices in Hong Kong, Dubai, London and  Australia. The company trades a  range of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange and derivative instruments across various global exchanges and made a record $139 million profit in 2018. Kinsey also has holds directorship roles with NSW based firm Schofield King Lawyers and venture outfit YMF Investments where he is a founding partner. Kinsey is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Vicknesh Pillay



Vicknesh is a Director and co-founder of Decentralised Capital, and a Director of XGold. Vicknesh was a founding partner in TNB Ventures in Singapore, a leading Venture Capital fund focused on high growth early stage investments, and has raised and managed equity for projects worth over €300 million. 

Most recently Vicknesh was picked as one of the top 40 under 40 influential Asians for 2018 by Asiaone.

Colin Mullins



Colin is currently the CFO of Aura Group, the parent company and major shareholder of Decentralised Capital. Prior to joining Aura Group in 2015, Colin held a number of senior positions at Credit Suisse including CFO and Chief of Staff, Asset Management Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific. Colin served on a number of boards while at Credit Suisse including Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, EMCO GP Limited and Credit Suisse Property Investment Nominees Limited. Colin is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also completed the CFO Program at IMD Business School (Switzerland).

Calvin Ng



Calvin is a Director and co-founder of Aura Group, a group of global financial services businesses with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore and Bangkok. Prior to establishing Aura Group, Calvin was part of the Direct Investment Team focusing on high yield debt, listed equities and private equity investments at Babcock & Brown. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) and Bachelor of Laws (with Merit) from the University of New South Wales. Calvin has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and has been admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Hercules Tsoutsas



Hercules is the Managing Director of Jaggards. Established in 1963 Jaggards is one of Australia's leading dealers of rare coins and bullion. The business has various refinery and bullion interests in Australia with a focus on supplying PAMP gold to the Australian market. 

Michael Bacina


Michael is a Partner in Piper Alderman’s national Dispute Resolution team based in Sydney with over 10 years’ experience in litigation. Michael regularly appears before the Supreme and Federal Court in large dispute matters involving complex evidence and has successfully prosecuted numerous urgent injunctions in matters involving shareholder oppression. Furthermore, he provides advice and negotiation of shareholder agreements and complex contracts for commercial and information technology clients. Michael also provides an outsourced counsel service for businesses looking for the benefits of an in-house counsel while maintaining known legal spend

David Tice



David is the founder of David Tice and associates, an investment management and research firm. In 1996 he founded the Prudent Bear Fund to give investors the chance to protect themselves against a declining stock market, weakening US dollar, and rising gold prices. The Prudent Bear fund went on to raise over $1.6bn USD and was sold to Federated investors in 2008 during the GFC. David’s work has gained national recognition through several articles and his regular appearances on business television including the Nightly Business Report, Wall Street Journal Report, Wall Street Week, The O’Reilly Factor, and his frequent appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg. 

Vicki Kryiakopoulos


Vicki is currently the General Manager of Custodian Vaults, Australia’s premier vaulting solution. Over the past several years Vicki has overseen the ongoing management of the vault and it’s security which includes perimeter guards, private elevators on call for clients, facial recognition and biometric scanning, undisclosed offsite monitoring, and private escorted guards with dual key access.Prior to the vault, Vicki had a career in precious metals and jewellery where she has overseen and led large teams of staff in some of Australia’s premier retailers. Vicki has one of the most impressive track records in Australia in the Vaulting sector and is well respected

Mike Segal


Mike Segal is an expert in cryptography and machine learning, After becoming interested in Bitcoin in 2010, Mr. Segal co-founded the first weekly Bitcoin discussion group in the world, As Chief Technology Officer of DigitalX, Mr. Segal  has overseen development of the company’s consumer products and the security architecture of its blockchain-related financial services. Mr. Segal studied math and physics at the University of Florida, where he founded the Applied Cryptography Study Group and worked on formulating algorithms for quantum cryptography. 

Neel Krishan



Neel is the President of DigitalX an ASX listed blockchain consulting firm based in Perth and New York. Neel Leads US operations and the team and heads the asset management division. Neel has worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since an intern from 2005 through to 2012, as a research associate, an economist and an onsite consultant. Neel holds a degree in political sciences from MIT specializing in strategic and tactical decision-making in wars, and a B.A. with majors in Economics and Anthropology from Columbia University. Neel is also a regular publisher on the topics of Economics, Politics and Financial markets.

Paul Thomas


Prior to establishing Vantage Point Asset Management, Paul was a director for Prime Services distribution at Barclays responsible for senior relationship management across hedge fund and institutional clients in Asia. While at Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and Sydney, Paul was a senior member of the Prime Services distribution team involved in cross asset product coverage. Paul also had significant roles at UBS in Sydney, where he was in charge of platform development and account management, institutional operations and other prime services functions.

David Lu


David is a partner at  Partner at 256 Ventures where he focuses on partnering with early stage blockchain companies and Venture Partner at Virgil Capital, a quantitative cryptocurrency hedge fund. Previously, David founded Textbook Ventures, the first student-led venture capital fund in Australia.

Gayan Samarakoon


Gayan leads the operations team at XGold. Having been actively involved with cryptocurrencies since 2012, Gayan’s expertise lies in investment, business development and smart contract development.

Prior to Bullion Asset Management, he was involved in global markets as a proprietary trader and more recently as the head of investments and operations for a private investor syndicate specialising in eCommerce, medical, retail pharmacy, and military sectors. 

Gayan is currently completing an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Applied Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and certificates in business and strategy from University of Oxford, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
